Robotics service provider (RSP)

A company that delivers robotics capability as an ongoing service, covering some combination of deployment, operation, monitoring, maintenance, and fleet support. An RSP differs from a traditional systems integrator in that its engagement continues through the operating life of the system rather than ending at commissioning. Buyers working with an RSP should define responsibilities, response commitments, and data ownership in the service contract.
